My 1st Chocolate Chip Muffin



As i promised to my beloved mummy that i will bake her "CNY "muffin...
i copied the recipe from my pastry chef and double checked the methods from the internet. Today finally bought the milk .(miss out this ingredient few days ago, so i didnt manage to bake the muffin)
Dang Dang Dang.....look look! my lovely chocochip muffin! very tasty...wanna grab a bite?hehehe

Herewith the ingredients:
400gm fine sugar
500gm cake flour
1 teaspoon soda powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 eggs
250ml corn oil
200ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
125gm butter
pinch of salt (if u like)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees C (a hot oven).
2. Put the butter and sugar into the mixer, beat till mixture turn white colour.
3. Add corn oil bit by bit. Then add egg one by one.
4. Add vanilla essence
5. Sift the flour, baking powder and soda powder. Put in a big bowl.
6. Pour the mixture into the big bowl (with flour) and stir it, slowly pour the milk into the mixture. Stir till mixture all mixed evenly (bit lumpy).
7. Add some chocolate chips and stir.
8. Sprinkle some chocolate chips into the muffin paper cups.
9.Even distribute the mixture into the Muffin tray and bake in a Hot oven (200-210 Degrees C) for 20 - 25 minutes until just nicely brown.

Waolah! Finally, Chocolate chip muffin "was born" ...Hehehe... Total = 35 of them. Yum yum!
