Char Kway Teow

What is Char Kway Teow?
C.K.T is broad rice noodle fried with dark soy sauce, bean sprouts, cockles, prawns, egg, chive, fish cake (optional) & chinese sausage (optional).
Most of us know Penang C.K.T is famous and delicious. Tell me more, any nice yummy C.K.T is available?

Case 1

Currently, my company is doing Kway Teow Promotion:- RM10.00 nett per person

~ C.K.T penang style
(I've tried the food tasting, nah..nothing much special..kinda flat..)

~Ginger beef fried kway teow
(Too dried)

~Seafood fried kway teow Cantonese style
( so so lah..)

~Kway teow soup with chicken shredded
(wow, this one i like...*slurp*)

Case 2

Whenever the chef cooked the C.K.T in cafeteria, sure with different style, there's no standard recipe and taste. They just cook whatever style they like..
You may find lumpy wet kway teow, chilli oil kway teow, superb dried kway teow, oil floated style, tasteless style.. just name it out...

p/s: have you ever try porridge cooked with tomyam paste? *LOL*

Case 3

Outside Catering - Dinner for VVIP

Orange tua asked me why the organizer commented / complained about C.K.T?
Hello? How would i know? I was on leave...
But again, the C.K.T was prepared by others caterer, one indian chef from another restaurant.
Just wondering why the orange putih and orange tua still blur sotong that whether we serve the C.K.T or not? Of coz we didn't serve it to the VIP, how could you asked me what happen huh? *fainted* Arghhhhh........ seems the communication really break down....
