Wow…Valentine’s day is coming soon…Look at the V menu… I will laugh out loud!
Before attend the FB communications meeting, the menu and email been sent out to the world word whereby the big boss hasn’t approve it yet. When I showed it to my staff, all of us laugh together…you know why?
You just look at the menu…
At first the orang tua wanna charge RM125++ per person for the above menu. But the orange putih commented that too pricey, need to reduce the price for value of money and attracts more crowd. So orange putih confirmed to charge RM85++ per person. Whalao..with lobster? You must be kidding me! Muahahhaa…the food cost going to hit the ceiling and I think orang tua doesn’t do the costing as well.
So worst come to worst, omit all the lobster ingredient from the menu. Change to tiger prawn …J
Then my staff asked where to get pink zinfandel? If can’t get, we replace by red grape ah? *LOL* Zinfandel gonna to order as imported goods. Rose petal sherbet? We only know strawberry sorbet lah…
Have you ever heard of heard shape strawberry carpacio before? Come on…be innovative and creative! Muahaha…actually is HEART shape not heard shape..alied shape ah? It’s typo error from the orang tua. My staff asked why not dick shape? *gurp* **speechless** -__-
