Blood donation

This afternoon I went to participate blood donation campaign with my colleagues. It such a good practice if we are eligible to donate your precious blood to save more lives who needed.

I strongly recommended if you are healthy and eligible please at least try once in your life time to donate your blood to save lives ! I just donated 450ml blood to the blood bank and I hope my blood can contribute to those who needs it urgently.
